Navigating Your Story With The Tarot Archetypes

Cycles- The Wheel of Fortune

Nicole Lestrange

In this episode, Rootz and Nicole discuss the Wheel of Fortune and the archetype of cycles. For any new to Tarot,  the Wheel of Fortune is the tenth card and comes after the Hermit in the Major Archana.

The Wheel of Fortune is constantly moving, so we call it a wheel. Like life, our journey here on earth is never linear; it works in cycles. Sometimes we are at the bottom of a cycle where we learn and grow, which can be challenging. Then sometimes, we move to the top where we can rest, relax, and enjoy our previous hard work to get to a better place.

Rootz and Nicole discuss what it is like to be on the bottom of the wheel vs. the top and what might show up for people in those moments as it did for them.

Hi, and welcome back to navigating your story. With the taro archetypes. In this episode. Roots in. I discuss. The wheel of fortune. And the archetype of cycles. For any new to taro. The wheel of fortune is the 10th card. And it comes after the hermit in the major Arcana. The wheel of fortune is constantly moving. So that is why we call it a wheel. Like life, our journey here on earth. Is never linear. It works in cycles. Sometimes we are at the bottom of a cycle. Where we are learning and growing. Which can be challenging. And then sometimes we move to the top. Where we can rest and relax and enjoy our previous hard work to get to a better place. And I discuss. What it is like to be on the bottom of the wheel. Versus the top. And what might show up for people in those moments? As it did for us. I hope you find comfort in our personal stories of experiencing the wheel of fortune. Archetype. So pour yourself a cup of tea. Or a glass of wine. As you join us. For our discussion. With the wheel being in the center, it's this movement. Things are changing. Nothing staying stagnant in this particular frequency. It's encouraging us to really let go of things that, has been staying the same. I'm in agreement completely. You know, when you think of a wheel, it moves round and round and round. And when you walk this, spiritual path, you start to realize that life is made up of cycles. We go through cycles many times in one lifetime. You can even look at the very big wheel, which is one life cycle from being born to dying. But in between all of that, we, do as humans go through cycles in our life. It really represents that cyclic circular, symbol. It's important to know this because when we believe that life is just linear and that we are just walking, straightforward, we do a disservice to ourselves not being open to, letting things die from who we are. Letting things go that no longer serve us and then rebirthing ourselves. That's really all what this life is, death and rebirth and going through, great times and then going through learning times that's how we evolve and that's how we let go of things. And the wheel is always spinning. I've got a couple different things to bring up for today's call. The main one is, about this frequency of surrender, we don't have to have full orchestration over it. We are humans experiencing being, and surrendering to the process of this unfoldment. When things are a little crazy, I just put my hands up and I'm like, look, God, you know, Beth, you or universe or Great spirit, you know, whatever word terminology feels resonant for you. I just, I give it up and I'm like, I'm not sure how to process this or what to work with it. You know, we don't know, we don't have all of the answers, but when we surrender and we ask for help, it can be solved. Yeah. Part of the cycle, like if we look at the Wheel of Fortune, you can pull it upright and you can also pull it reverse. And if it's pulled reversed, it means you're going through the learning period. And I think that's what you were just talking about is what you do when you're going through that time. And really when we are learning it is a challenging time because, well, If things are easy, we're not really quite learning anything. So it's in the challenging times where the universe is saying, okay, time for you to evolve, time for you to shed parts of yourself that you're holding onto, then no longer serve you because you're ready for that next elevation, that next vibration. And it's time to let go. When you pull that wheel of fortune reverse, in those periods that is challenging coming up against obstacles. The best thing to do is surrender. So can you tell us how is surrendering good for you during a period where you're feeling a lot of pain. It's listening to those signs that have been coming up that are just like, well, have you been listening? Sometimes we stay into relationships well longer than we know that we should, because that's what we know, that's what we're comfortable with. But then if that doesn't service anymore, what's the next step? What's the next possible unfoldment that gets to show up for me if I let this go? There's a song by Theia that effectively goes something to like, and how does it get any better than this? It, it's called, the song is called Magic Question for anybody Who's Curious. Okay. And it's, it's, she just sings constantly. Like, you know, how does it get any better than this? How does it get any better than this? Even in the darkest time, and even in the best of times, just keep asking yourself that. How does it get any better than this? Cause in our mind there's a, there's a psychological trick and spiritual trick and like, love attraction thing that says that if we can put our mind into the question of how does it get better, we then start to generate and to look for things that are better and things that are, oh wow, this is a much better situation than where I was just at. I think back to that time when you're on the bottom of the wheel and that's your learning period, and it does come up with challenges. The perspective piece of going, wow, this is challenging, this is hard, this is painful. You could switch your perspective to what you were just saying is what's actually getting better for me? Or you could go, well, what am I learning? When we're going through challenging periods, it's really showing us something needs to change because what was working isn't working right now. And it can be as simple as like changing your perspective in life. It doesn't always have to be leave the job, leave the relationship. Cuz sometimes you're in a great job, sometimes you're in a good relationship, but maybe you are suffering from mental health that you've never addressed. Or maybe, you've always been someone who's seen the glass half empty. And so the universe will start to shake that up when it feels like you are in a place where you're ready to let go of it. A Absolutely. But only through recognizing what is uncomfortable, can we then shift into. The comfortability or the growth period. Yeah. I really believe when we enter the bottom of the wheel, it's the universe saying it's time. We know it's time for you to let go of this. And really, because the universe doesn't just like call you up on your cell phone and go, Hey, roots, we know it's time for you to start speaking your truth and stop, you know, not having boundaries anymore, right? the universe doesn't say that. So I think when we're in the bottom of the wheel, when we're going through the challenging learning piece, it is a little bit of a puzzle cuz you have to pause and reflect and be like, okay, obviously something's not working right now. You have to put puzzle pieces together and go, what is it that I'm supposed to be learning here? Start reflecting, notice the patterns of what is it that's challenging you? Because the pattern will repeat in many areas of your life. And then you can go, oh, it is finally time for me to learn how to speak my truth and let go of people pleasing. And so, do you know what, does that make sense, Ruth? It makes so much sense. So. One of the ways that we can recognize where we're needing growth, is actually through recognizing where we're being resistant. Where we're holding ourselves back, like denial, creating elaborate stories, excessive justification, procrastination, or even avoidance. Why am I committed to this resistance? We deserve to open ourselves up instead of saying, stuck in a thing where we're upset, mad or frustrated, taking time just to grow. At all points of the wheel, the yin, the yang, the positive, the negative, the good things, the bad things. All of them also are the experience that you needed. Mm-hmm. And so when you can fully just grasp that and be like, okay, cool. What's the lesson here? That's how we get to grow. If you're hitting resistance, that's when it's going to keep you at the bottom of the wheel. Because the, the whole point is we wanna flow. So we wanna go from the bottom of the wheel to the top of the wheel, and then of course we go back down to the bottom to learn and then we go back to the top to rest and enjoy. I think resistance can keep us there. For me, I am quite a stubborn person, so when I'm going through the bottom of the wheel, and I'm hitting that resistance, the longer I stay stubborn and I don't open up to other ways of being that I have yet understood or discovered or even tried. Try that's all Beautiful words for learning, right? The minute you say that to yourself, let me give that a try, just a try. You realize it's not that bad, you start to move along the wheel. And I think that piece of resistance can really keep us stuck. And when we are open to discovering, trying new ways of being, trying something out that you said very much, you said earlier, you know what, sometimes we had to try some uncomfortable things because. The point is we're uncomfortable because it's new, but the reason we're on the bottom of the wheel is to try something different and new to get to that next level, to evolve. And so, yeah, I think being open-minded and trying different things is really important. When we're on that bottom, what do you think? And that perhaps it might be time to let go of the life that you have planned. Yeah. It's the right life you, for you can begin to unfold. Yep. Right. How many times? and, and that's, that's the thing. That's the thing is letting go of what we had planned. Yeah. You know? Yeah. I had no plans for there. I had no plans for where I'm at now, but I just trust. And I'm letting the unfoldment happen, knowing that if I'm supposed to go somewhere and the next day, great, I can go and I can fully be in its own organic flow. Do I know what that looks like? No. But I know that in this journey so far, I have always had a bed. I've always had a blanket and you know, everything I've needed has always shown up. So to deny that is insane to me. In June I went to like five different communities and there was always some place for me to be, to put my head in hat and just been able to be comfortable, you know? Yeah. So it's like, yeah, just know that you're supported. Just trust. Yeah. If I was to look at America's cycle right now, I would definitely say we're on the learning piece. we're on the bottom of the cycle where we're, we're learning and growing and it's really vital for us to go, okay, we are having a lot of shootings and maybe we need to address that piece. maybe we need to change something. There's also so many other areas in our America we can look at. I think right now it's important for America to make those changes. Then I definitely think, we can get to the top of the wheel. Cause I know we dug deep in the bottom of the wheel, but I think when we get to the top of the wheel, then you reap the rewards and the abundance of all the hard work and lessons you learned on the bottom of the wheel. Right now with the Pluto return and obviously the pandemic and, black Lives Matter and civil rights movement and feminist movements and, it is very clear, America's on the cycle of growing and learning. Right now I think we're transforming, I mean, we just have the covid, the Yeah. Whole, the whole frequency of that. Right. That was just another way of, using the same tactics that have been used for a while on, on the entire populace. And it's just like witnessing it. And a lot of people are waking up to the systems that are just like, this is, yeah, I don't enjoy this. I'm not happy. I feel like, oh, wait, I'm, I'm feeling, and I'm recognizing where I've been in, in manipulated and controlled and it's shifting. People are recognizing, oh my God, I'm actually being hurtful to my family and mm-hmm. and, and through that we're all growing and evolving, but it takes time. Like, you know, there's that whole statement, you gotta hit rock bottom to finally see your way to the top. Well, as a collective, What if this has been our rock bottom the last several years and now we just get to start this climb towards creating the next thing. And the only to do that is for each of us to take the actions that are in alignment with ourselves. Because as each of us creates that alignment for ourself in our own unique life and our own unique way, we're then paving the way for others to do the same. It's really interesting cuz we did just go through a lot in this world. You know, the war that's happening, the pandemic so much in our nation. All the stuff I listed earlier. And when I showed up to, my friend, she channels, an ascended master and she would do these seasonal channeling sessions. And we'd always ask what is your advice for us right now? Going through all of this, what can we do to help? madora the healing spirit she channels always just kept saying is, bring it back to your personal life. Hmm. And like, what can you do in your personal life? Living more authentically and with love and with light. It's interesting that you said that because I do believe sometimes we can feel so powerless when all these big things are happening and you're like, okay, like, well, I'm not a lawyer so I can't quite show up to the Senate and like say all these laws and like. all that stuff. But what you doing in your own personal life, making changes for yourself so that like say, I'm like I'm a woman, right? And so say I was dating someone who, you know, didn't agree with the, the new laws that are coming out or No. Did agree with the new laws that are coming out that like in some states you can't get an abortion and or not pro-choice and all that stuff. I might go, you know what, I'm gonna end this relationship. So Absolutely. Even, yeah, because you just, your beliefs are just not aligned. And so yes, you're not at the Senate doing the laws, but you just doing that for yourself in a personal level made such a difference. So I think, yeah, bringing it back to the personal, I think we do a lot of. Big things in our personal lives, and we give ourselves credit for that. Really make change on the global collective. And, and even to hit that, it's like recognizing where there's been that stagnancy. Where we've been resistant and perhaps procrastinating and pushing away the things that would really impact our own lives and seeing how that could be impactful for our children. And it's, there's so much to go into that. And we are not here to unpack that. Um, The thing that we're really here to unpack is the Wheel of Fortune and how. it is up for us to also turn the wheel, but also recognize where we've been holding onto the wheel being like, this is it. You know, like being open to the change. It's just as paramount. I know I said I didn't wanna share this yet, but it's, it's worth it for here. I had this plan for like two years that I was going. Conceived naturally with my husband. Like we tried for two years to conceive and it didn't work. And I remember, this is a great example of a challenge, I had the plan in my head, this is how we're going to do it. And this is the only way. And I was really quite stubborn with this is just the only way we're gonna do it. I didn't reach out for help, I wasn't open to fertility clinics, I wasn't open to any of that. So a good example is when you're on the bottom of that cycle, we mentioned a few times tonight is resistance is a huge sign that it's time for you to be open to something different, to just try something different. And we can be very caught up in our plan. and we can get very like, oh, this is the only way, but resistance says, Hey, it's not the only way and it's not working for you, and there's something better. And so actually my husband and I, we did go to a fertility clinic finally. I was like, okay, universe, I'm going to take the steps. We did our first round of just IUI and we conceived. We were trying, I know it not so cool. So we were trying for two years and it's such a great example of stubborn, you know, Nope, this is the only way I never envisioned getting support with having a child. And then the minute you just try something different, it's like the wheel starts moving again. It starts moving again. I just have to add there, it's like the moment that you accept that you got a notification or a message from somebody else, like, go do the thing. And then you're like, I don't wanna do the thing. Well that message is still there waiting for you to come back to it. So like mm-hmm. if you ever at a loss as to where to move forward, that's where you move forward is go back to the last time you remember hearing a message from Spirit and go back and go do the thing. So yeah, I wanna acknowledge you. I'm super happy. Thank you. Because it's, this has been a journey. I started Journey, like we did these cards last year and I was like still talking about it. I was like, the tower card and I was like, yeah, still not pregnant. Like It was two years and, You said something great is acceptance. I was hitting so much resistance because I didn't wanna accept. And so maybe that is part of also the, when we're on the bottom of the wheel and we're in that learning phase. When we don't accept what is true and what is actually real, then we're not ready to make those changes yet. And we're not ready to try something new, which means learn something new. So when you said acceptance, I was like, yep, that's huge. When you're on the bottom of the wheel is finally accepting. Okay, this is why I'm hitting resistance and this is where it's time for me to evolve and to try something new. If we're scared or if it wasn't what we originally planned, it never hurts to just try. Yeah. Who would've known? Who would've known? So Roots now that we probably discussed the bottom of the wheel? Oh my goodness. For a really long time, right? An hour of the, we actually did talk to I think that one's the most important, only because, I mean, the top of the wheel will talk about, and I have a few little points I wanna make for the top of the wheel, but the bottom of the wheel is the ones that I think, everyone needs that support when we're going through the bottom of the wheel. So I'm glad we, we gave it its time. when we talk about being on top of the wheel, Yeah. This is the moment when we are able to be grateful for the things that have shown up, the things that have transpired in our life, and knowing that we get to keep going. So what is something that you recognize whenever you are at the top of the wheel? Uh, so yeah. So the top of the wheel reminds me a little bit of the nine of Pinnacles. With the Weight Rider Smith, it's this illustration of the woman and she's in the garden and she's really reaping the fruits of her labor. And it's just a time of abundance. It's a time to be honest, like reap the fruits that you've grown like to, to harvest them and to enjoy them and to have a feast with all this hard work that you've really put in, in the bottom cycle. And, it's a time to embrace pure joy. I would almost say the comfort and the relaxation. job well done. It's really a great time for you to just be in pure abundance. Cuz the way life works is we do go through periods where we learn, but just like the yin and the yang, the other side is just as important of appreciating all that you've learned and celebrating it. There's a word I'm trying to get about harvesting obviously but it's, it's really huh You know, when you work really hard and like okay, say you like work really hard and you like accomplishment. Yeah. Accomplishment, but like, enjoying. Like, you know what I mean? Like, like say you grew like a bunch of really beautiful flowers in your garden and you put a lot of hard work into that, and now it's time to like have those beautiful flowers like around your house. Maybe make teas from it. Like really bask in your hard work. Like it's almost a time of like, you don't need to work hard. You can kind of relax a little bit and just celebrate and receive. That's what I'm, oh my God, that's the word I was trying to get, receive. Yeah, because like, receive, receive the gifts the universe is now giving you for all of your hard work in making the changes and the growth that you did. Does that make sense? It really does. And yeah, and you said the night of Pinnacles and I'm sitting here being like, wow, what a great way to also be present to the other side, which is where you are talking into, where you do get to enjoy the fact that girl, you eat some bang ass tomatoes. Yes. You eat some tomatoes. We got some basil plant girl, I'm making you some gumi up in here. Like how you doing? Yeah. Had a good like tomato sauce for your pasta and enjoy it. Right? Because that's tomato plant. It didn't just grow on its own. You had to put some labor into that. And I think that's the bottom of the cycle is putting the hard work and the labor into to growing and evolving and then you get to enjoy the tomato. I like how you said both pronunciations and stuff. Cute. Yeah. Do you know why It's cuz my husband's from England, so my mind, I don't even do it, I'm sure. Market. Yeah. He always says tomorrow and like, it'll be weird. I'll say tomato and then sometimes I say tomorrow and it, it's not even like I'm thinking, it just comes right out. I'm like, oh well okay. That's so cute. That's so cute. You know, it's really cute when he says tomorrow. I'm like, oh, it's fucking cute. Yeah. Mm. But yeah, so I think, I think that top of the cycle is really like receiving, receiving from the universe. All that hard work you've done and just relaxing, enjoying, you know when you said, That you had like been in a really tough relationship and like you were pulling the tower card for like a full year and like you were definitely probably on the bottom of the wheel, but I think you were at the bottom of the wheel with resistance for a little bit. Oh my God, girl, I was refusing to listen. Oh my God. Yeah. Awful, awful. Yeah, it was. Yeah. But then you finally did, right? Oh yeah. Because you reached acceptance and then you did a lot of internal work where you stayed sober for a year, you got that camper, you were at that resort and you had a year of just resting and I really believe you put a lot of hard work to get into that place where like you were sober, you were making genuine friendships with people, and you could see that you were really receiving from all the hard work that you had done to get yourself out of that relationship and really grow as a person. Yeah. It was a series of five years of learning to be with myself and then accepting that. When we're at the top of the wheel, this is something I notice with students that come in my office and I notice with myself. For instance, everyone I finally conceived, right? And I wanna move my house, I had a session with my counselor and I was like, oh, this is just too good to be true. We all have said that. Is this too good to be true? We've all had a moment in life where we say that, and the counselor said to me. Well, do you have a limit of how much abundance you can receive from the universe? And I was like, no, no. I was like, why would I limit myself? And she was like, well, it sounds like you feel like you can only have so much abundance and then you're cut off because it's time to suffer and go through the challenging times again. And I was like, oh my God, I do have a limit. I was like, whoa. I'm limiting the amount of abundance I can receive from the universe. So like I'm saying to the universe, okay, thank you for helping me conceive, but you know, I understand that you gave me that. So it's okay if maybe I can't find the home of my dreams That's just not okay and I know that we have moments like this cause I've had students come in and go, I'm finally doing okay. I have friends, I'm happy. I'm so scared that this won't last long. I think a very big challenge at being on top of the wheel is worrying when are we gonna be at the bottom again? And so we don't embrace receiving the abundance that the universe is saying, Hey sweetie, this is yours. You worked really hard for it. Take it, relax, enjoy. I think sometimes we rush it cuz we think it's too good to be true. And so I wanna just make a note on that. If you are limiting your abundance, meaning that you're saying to the universe like, okay, thank you so much for giving me this new job and we're waiting for it, but like, I know it might be too good to be true to find a partner that loves me and, and it's a healthy relationship, so I'll settle for this instead. No, cuz the universe has no limit. The only limit that is happening is our human perception of what we can actually receive. So when we get to the top of the cycle, it's really important when you do get nervous, and I think sometimes we do have a little P T S D because the bottom of the cycle can be really tough. And so we get a little nervous like, oh my God, what's gonna happen? but just take a deep breath and receive and relax and re-energize because yes, the wheel does spin and we will go back for sure to growing and learning again. But you will have more energy to do it and you will be in such a better place if when you are on the top of the wheel, you really embrace that present moment of just basking in all your hard work. And to even build on that further, if we're so focused on the other shoe dropping, it's gonna drop that much faster instead of focusing on, oh my God, this is amazing. This is a great experience right now. I'm so excited that, you know, I'm working through this big thing that I thought was gonna take me forever. You know, and building that momentum. Right? And it's a huge word that we were talking all day was, is momentum, right? Yeah. Build the momentum. And even when you go through a little bit of a dip, you're like, oh, I'm in a dip moment. Okay, cool, let's ride this and then go back up and then have more great experiences and then write it back down and not being caught up in again. It's, it's being like it's an upset. It's like, okay, cool. There's something else to grow from. Congratulations. Welcome to this ride on the universe of Earth, right? Yeah. We chose to be at Earth's school. So in Earth School we have these certain principals that we're currently working with. And that doesn't mean a bad thing. If we're waiting on the shoe to drop, then we're only gonna be expediting it. Because the universe is like, oh, okay. They're now focused on worrying about their tires on their car instead of being like, oh my God, they just got a new promotion. You know, there's a affirmation. I don't do it every day, but I think it's like a well-known affirmation that if you say it actually really does make shifts in your life. I think it goes every day and in every way I am getting better and better. and that's a big one too. Like the whole surrendering, like just keep saying it to yourself every day and in every way, I am getting better and better. When we're affirming that each and every day I'm getting better and better every day. You can then activate that and then recognize where there's that cynicism voice that comes in, and then immediately be like, thank you for showing up. Thank you for showing me where I get to grow and transform and work with this experience versus just getting caught up in, you're right, I'm not good enough. Remember the Chinese farmer story, that little short story of maybe the corn? Uh, no. It's about like all these things. Happen. Yes. You did say that. Do you want me to read it? Yeah. Okay. So we, when Ruth and I was discussing the Wheel of Fortune, before we went live, we had a big talk about this whole, labeling it, you know, oh, that's really good. Or, oh, that's really bad. And instead of doing that, just going maybe because it gets us away from going, oh, I'm having bad luck to, oh, maybe this is all happening for you. So even if we're going through the hard learning lessons, trust that this is actually happening for you. And when you're on the top of the wheel and you're relaxing, it's happening for you. And if we can, entertain this notion, which I know for you and I roots is a belief that the universe really is for us. What we are going through is really to help us, get to a better place. There's the story of the Chinese farmer, and I'm gonna read it and then roots, we can talk about how this is related to the whole cycle of the Wheel of Fortune. It goes once upon a time, there was a Chinese farmer whose horse ran away that evening. All of his neighbors came around to commensurate. They said, we are so sorry to hear that your horse has run away. This is most unfortunate. And the farmer said Maybe the next day the horse came back bringing seven wild horses with it. And in the evening everybody came back and said, oh, isn't that lucky? What a great turn of events. You now have eight horses. And the farmer said, maybe the following day, his son tried to break one of the horses, and while riding it, he was thrown and broke his leg. The neighbors then said, oh dear, that's too bad. And the farmers responded Maybe. The next day, the conscription officers came around to conscript people into the army, and they rejected his son because he had a broken leg. Again, all the neighbors came around and said, isn't that great? Again, the farmer said Maybe The whole process of nature is an integrated process of immense complexity. It's really impossible to tell whether anything that happens is good or bad, because you never know what will be the consequence of the misfortune, or you never know what will be the consequence of good fortune and so. Back to the Wheel of Fortune, when you're on the top of the wheel, we can label that as good luck. And when we're on the bottom of the wheel, we can label it as bad luck. But I think what roots and I are really trying to send a message to everyone about is it just is. And like the Chinese farmer, we can go maybe, but really just trust no matter where you are on the wheel, the universe is looking out for you that things are happening for you, not against you. Do you wanna elaborate on that? Yeah. I've really enjoyed the everything that's happening for you and not against you. Cause again, your perspective lens is what you're prescribing into your reality, right? Prescribing, you're putting that into the universe. It goes back to how I was talking about making everything a neutral event. Yeah. You know, oh, I got a flat tire. Okay, well what happens if I, I had went fully to work and you know, now I had gotten into a car accident or something, or my car didn't start and so I wasn't able to go to work and so maybe I avoided a car accident. You know, if we go back to like, and this is just a really prolific example, but back at nine 11 there were so many people who just felt this, like they, their car wasn't working. They got inspired to go get a coffee or something extra in their day and they were able to miss being part of the towers. Right. And it's like recognizing that things happen. Are so, are even if we don't really recognize like, oh, I missed the first train. And so then that managed to save people from getting to the towers in time, you know, and I'm just going extreme yeah, things can all relate to. It's a good example cuz that did happen to people that day. So they might have woken up being like, oh my God, my car's not starting. Or, oh, my kid's sick again, I have to call outta work. And it actually was for them that day. And, and so it's like, it, it allows us this almost breath whenever things happen that don't go our way. You know, there's times like I've had things mess up and then I got to talk to somebody. Who I ended up being a beacon of light for, or they were a beacon of light for me. Yeah, right. And so it's like also honoring that sometimes that's what needed to happen is that you needed to have a conversation with somebody who was completely outside your normal sphere of influence. And it's like, we never know what something is there for. And, and just like the story with the Chinese farmer, it's like maybe, maybe this is a good sign, maybe it's a bad sign, but I'm not here to label it. I'm just here to say this is what happened. and it is so, and that's it. And I'm just gonna keep working on living my life towards the things that I'm inspired by as I'm inspired, you know, if my car stops working, figure it out. Right. And it's just like accepting that the car's not working, and maybe that day you have to catch a bus and then you get to go talk to somebody new. Yeah. And then that person invites you to go do this thing that you've never even heard about, you know, And it's like, it's a miracle that these things can happen, but sometimes people are like, I know I don't wanna talk to people on the bus. And I'm like, I know I used to be one of those people, but once I was like, wait, why not talk to the people who are living the exact same experience as me right now? Yeah. It's like, like social people. Like, oh my God, where can I like meet people outside of like a bar. Meet people on the bus, meet people in the transportation system who are also all going to work. It's like it may take you an additional 15 minutes and that's also 15 minutes. You're not stressed about driving. You're not having to pay for the gas. Yeah. You know, and there's so many extra things. I mean, it works in a big city. It doesn't necessarily work in smaller towns. I tried to map out for my friend from here, it would've taken two and a half hours for him to catch a bus, but it would've taken me 30 minutes to drive him. Oh, wow. So I drove him, I drove him 30 minutes, you know? Yeah. Um, of course, two and a half hours. That's like a big difference. Yeah. But you know, also in that two and a half hours might have been really beneficial for him, you know? Yeah. You know, never know. And Yeah, exactly that. And you never know what the next thing would do or cause. And so it's also about getting out of our own way of like, life has to be perfect. Oh my God. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's so true. So, so true. You never know. And so no matter where you are in the wheel, just trust that it's for you and trust your divine cycle because we all have our own personal cycle, you know, like I know we can follow the moon and I know we can follow our menstrual cycle and, but we all work in our own cycle. And so trust the cycle you're on, trust that it's actually for you. And how does it get any better than this? How does it get any better than this? I know. So wherever you are on your cycle, we are just sending you love. Thank you for listening to our episode, we hope it was healing and gave you an understanding of the wheel of fortune archetype in taro. Here's some takeaway questions to ask yourself. So you can relate this to your personal story. Looking at your life right now. Where do you fall on the wheel? Are you at the bottom learning and growing. Or are you at the top? Resting and receiving. If you are currently at the bottom of the wheel. Or have been there in the past. What patterns are you noticing? Is there any resistance to trying something new? To move you forward out of this place. What is it that you think you are supposed to be learning? If you are at the top of the wheel. Are you embracing this time of receiving from all the hard work you have endured? To get to this place. Or are you waiting for the next. Shoe to drop. If you are waiting. For the shoe to drop so to speak. Ask yourself. Why. Why do you feel you are not deserving of abundance? If you like our podcast, please like us, or write a kind review.
